Job Summary
We are seeking an 2D Designer to join our creative team, working on high-impact projects in the [game/finance] sector. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, user-friendly designs that align with our brand and meet client needs. This role offers opportunities to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and develop innovative digital experiences.
I. Responsibilities
Functional Duties
Conceptualize creative ideas with clients to develop designs.
Maintain the brand by enforcing content standards and branding guidelines.
Design visual imagery for websites, ensuring alignment with client branding.
Work with different content management systems to develop and manage marketing and branding systems.
Work with UI designs
Reporting & Monitoring
Monitor and report on the progress of design projects.
Analyze and report on user feedback to improve designs.
Monitor website performance and report on key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Cooperation
Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
Work closely with content creators, to ensure designs meet project goals and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into designs.
II. Requirements and skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and user experience.
Working knowledge of English.
Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills to address design and user experience challenges.
Ability to translate client requirements into creative, high-quality website designs.
Nice to have
Awareness of current design trends and best practices in web design.
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Willingness to learn new technologies and design techniques.

Working time: 9:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday
